“Ditch the Workout and Join the Party” Zumba is a fitness party with a blend of Latin and international rhythms (salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggae tone, samba, belly dance, african, pop, and hiphop) that provide a fun and effective workout to all fitness levels. Come join us for an hour of upbeat energizing music that will definitely make you sweat!!!
Ericka Meade has over 15 years of dance experience, and has been teaching Zumba for over 6 years.
